Just a few of the pictures I took today of the addition you are building for us.  Crew is very nice, Eric is wonderful and very knowledgeable.  If anyone ever needs a reference please don't hesitate to send them our way.  I know from the work you did at my parents house on Ottoson Street last year and the work you are doing now that your company is great personally and professionally.  I especially love how clean they leave the work area when they leave that means a great deal to us.

Mr. Arnett:  I want to commend you for the quality of employee and level of professionalism displayed by the crew that estimated the scope of work and installed my siding, soffit and fascia.  Eric provided a timely estimate that was then presented to my wife and me in a professional manner.  He answered our questions and provided multiple samples to review.  Eric then followed up by visiting our home during installation and later to confirm our satisfaction.  The installation crew of Jason, John and David were a pleasure to work with.  Jason is not only very pleasant and professional in his contact with the customer, he monitored the installation to ensure all was done in a quality manner.  John, in a similar manner asked for customer input as installation proceeded and worked to meet all expectations.  I will not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone and will seek your services should the need arise in the future.  Thank you.

We have to tell you how impressed we are with your crews and the work they are doing on our home. Our home is an older (1913) two story and we were nervous as to how long it would take to do all the work. It all started when at least 10 red trucks pulled into Hanna with 20 or more men to remove the siding and porch. They had that finished and cleaned up in under four hours. When they clean up, there is nothing left. They do an excellent job.

Now they are replacing siding, pillars, porch, and trimming it all. These men are masters, very professional, polite and considerate of us. They clean up completely every night. They have been quick to answer any questions we have about their work. They are pleasant to speak with and eager to please. 

Everything has been done just as you said it would be. They even replaced some of the wood around the windows. 

The crews are still working but we are confident that the house will be finished and beautiful very soon. We are already recommending your business. We have people stopping by all the time and we are happy to tell them that Arnett Construction is doing the work.

Dear Derrick:

What a satisfying and wonderful experience!

I have to admit we entered into our re-roofing project with some trepidation.  We hated to replace the slate but it had become worn out and too much of a burden.  We didn't want to change the character of our house plus we weren't looking forward to dealing with contractors.  The outcome is fantastic and the process was a pleasure.

As you know, we put our project out for bids and narrowed it down to your firm and one other.  Early on you assured us you would do a professional job at a reasonable cost.  As we reviewed our options, you continued to work with us and always offered to help through the process in any way possible.  But you never became a pest.  Your assistance in helping us pick the right product is especially appreciated since you went beyond your normal product line to provide what we wanted. You always met your time lines and, did what you said, and, your price was reasonable.  (Obviously I would have liked to have spent only half of that cost, but it was within my expectations.)

When the scheduled installation date arrived we were full of anticipation.  Your crew came in like a “red blitz”.  There was no nonsense and they went right to work removing the old tile.  Soon they were prepping the roof, repairing any damage and installing the new underlayment.  I would occasionally step outside out of curiosity and everyone was so polite and helpful.  They volunteered to address any questions I had and always made sure I was out of harm's way.

The next day the product arrived and Sandy and I left town because we didn't want to watch.  What if we had made a mistake and we would have to agonize as each shingle was installed!  As we drove away she turned to me and said “we were going to love it”.  Well, four hours later we approached from a strategic direction and could see about two thirds of the project completed.  It was awesome and we loved it!  The work continued and soon we had this beautiful new roof.  It took several days to finish this project and never was our house exposed to the elements, even the night of a downpour.

I have had people stop by and tell me how awesome the roof is and that it still looks like slate.  I was walking our dog and I was stopped. In Michigan City a former worker approached me in a convenience store and raved about our roof. One last thing, I can't tell you how highly I regard Louie and his crew.  They didn't just come to do a job.  They take a lot of pride in their work and there was no room for anything other than excellence.
